This course introduces the architecture, structure, functions, components, and models of the intranet and other computer networks. Students learn the importance of IP addressing and fundamentals of Ethernet concepts, media, and operations. Student will be able to build a simple network, perform basic configurations for routers and switches and implement IP addressing schemes as well as subnet a congested network.
